| 工作內容 | 一、工作時間：比照本校行政上班時間（含寒暑假）。 二、授課時數及工作項目： 1.授課時數：每週在本中心授課至少16小時，至多20小時。 2.工作項目：開設英語教學課程、支援語文教學中心行政、英語學習相關活動、及其他交辦事項。 三、薪資：依本校各級專案教師敘薪。 II. Obligations: i. Required teaching load is from 16 to 20 hours (varies based on the assigned administrative or other affairs) per week. ii. Administrative duties may include designing online English learning materials, teaching and promoting the Language Corner program, managing extension programs, etc. iii. In accordance with the regulations of the university, the full-time staff is required to obtain the approval of the university for having part-time jobs or teaching outside the university during their employment period, and the weekly teaching hours must not exceed 4 hours. iv. Work schedule will be the same as that of full-time staff at National Chi Nan University. v. The position is on an annual contract basis, and those who demonstrate good performance in teaching and service evaluations will be eligible for contract renewal. |
| 資格條件 | 一、應徵資格： 1.碩士學位以上。 2.研究領域與英外語學習相關活動、或有豐富語言教學經驗。 3.具教育部「對外華語文教學能力證書」者優先錄用。 4.具教育人員任用條例第16條第1款資格。 5.英語母語人士尤佳。 二、聘期：114年8月1日起至115年7月31日止。一年一聘制，在教學、服務成績考核，表現良好者，列入重啟徵聘人選。 I. Qualifications: i. Applicants are required to possess either a master's or a doctoral degree in a field related to English teaching. ii. Research expertise in fields related to English or foreign language learning activities, or extensive experience in language teaching. iii. Candidates with a Ministry of Education certificate in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language will be given priority in hiring. iv. Candidates with the qualifications as specified in Article 16-1 of the Regulations Regarding the Appointment of Educators. v. Native English Speakers preferred. |
